MonarchFx Announces Twila True Collaborations As Its Newest Seller Client
RALEIGH, N.C. (PRWEB) January 17, 2019 -- MonarchFx, a business unit of Tompkins International, a nationwide alliance of best-in-class providers focused on delivering integration, cost efficiency and high service fulfillment solutions for brands and retailers through distributed logistics, announces our newest client, Twila True Collaborations.
Twila True Collaborations is a brand incubator and global retail and eCommerce marketplace. They develop, manufacture and launch the latest trending products, and partner with today’s most influential talents. They create content and leverage across media, digital and social platforms to amplify their selling power. They are on the cutting edge of how consumers shop and buy today, while being the first to evolve the future of shopping.
MonarchFx and Twila True Collaborations first discussed their potential partnership in late August 2018. In mid-October they signed their contract for supply chain and fulfillment services. By early November products began to arrive at the distribution center. The day before Thanksgiving MonarchFx shipped its first customer order on behalf of Twila True Collaborations.
Within this period the two organizations formed an operations and IT SWAT team, implemented a new ERP system, configured and tested the Softeon WMS, designed and executed the last mile delivery solution and resourced a fully operational team. Simultaneously merchandise was sourced and delivered, three local legacy operations were consolidated into a single automated MonarchFx facility and a complete unit level physical inventory was accomplished.
With a new business, brand and multiple website launches it was mission critical that the implementation be faultless and delivered in time for Thanksgiving, cyber Monday and the holiday sales season.
“When I first spoke with Jim Tompkins, he assured me that MonarchFx was able to execute within what I knew to be an extremely aggressive timeline. True to his word, just a few weeks after our initial meeting we had agreed on terms and signed our contract. Just 23 days later we received our first products into our new facility and only 13 days after that our first customer orders were being packed and shipped,” stated Twila True, CEO, Twila True Collaborations.
Jim Tompkins, CEO, MonarchFx stated, “Our MonarchFx model is about passion, agility and speed. We are passionate about what we do and what we can do for our clients. We are agile to support all elements of the unichannel supply chain through our people, our technology and our nationwide distributed logistics network. We have speed from concept to go-live, from click to delivery in one or two days and in developing our capabilities as the eCommerce market continues to grow and evolve.”
