NAPLES, Fla., March 28, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Alpine Supply Chain Solutions today announced that global healthy-aging haircare, skincare and wellness innovator MONAT Global Corp (MONAT), has commenced operations at its new 150,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Doral, FL. The effort marks the first milestone in MONAT's effort to modernize its distribution operations to support its rapid and ongoing growth.

The facility's final design, completed by Alpine and CSI, includes the use of three-and- four deep pushback racking for increased storage. It also incorporates:

• An auto carton erector which will eliminate the need for resources to form and tape cartons
• A pick-to-light system that will increase picking productivity from 80 lines/hour to 120/hour
• In-line scales to ensure the right products and quantities are picked for every order
• An auto print and apply manifesting station that will greatly increase order processing speed and accuracy.
