Monkeetech LLC Joins FIDO Alliance

West Babylon, New York (PRWEB) February 17, 2014 -- Monkeetech LLC, a program development company located in West Babylon, New York, announced today that it has joined the FIDO Alliance group as an associate member. Monkeetech specializes in credit card fraud prevention systems; mobile wallet security systems and integrated marketing and payment systems. The company currently manages an Intellectual Property portfolio consisting of nine patent pending systems, all in varying stages of development.

The FIDO Alliance group is currently working on the development of an open technical specification for stronger User authentication. It is anticipated that the FIDO standard will support a wide range of biometrics; as well as existing authentication solutions. The FIDO Alliance based in Palo Alto, Calif., has grown its membership roster to more than 100 members, including such notables as Google, MasterCard, PayPal and Nok Nok Labs.
