Baskin will lead the development of the combined entity's revolutionary recruiting automation platform, while also focusing on ensuring the company's continued development and ethical use of AI and machine learning in hiring. He will oversee a team comprised of talented product managers, data scientists and UI and UX designers.

Baskin has over 20 years of SaaS-based HR technology experience. Throughout his career, Baskin has successfully combined separate recruiting products, rolled out new AI solutions and applied data science to improve business outcomes – making him poised to bring Montage and Shaker to its next level of innovation in the second half of 2019 and beyond. Most recently, Baskin served as VP of Product Management for Innovation and Machine Learning at SAP SuccessFactors, where he delivered the company's first wave of production-grade machine learning. Previously, he led SAP SuccessFactors' recruiting product management team, where he grew the user base of the company's recruiting products by 4X and created and expanded its self-serve features to cut the time and cost to implement and maintain career sites by 80%. Before joining SAP SuccessFactors, Baskin oversaw the growth, acquisition and subsequent integration of two startups: Retek (acquired by Oracle) and Jobs2web (acquired by SAP SuccessFactors).
