Montash Shoots up to 3rd Position in the Recruiter HOT 100 2014

The Recruiter HOT 100 list for 2014 was revealed last week and published in a supplement in Monday’s (17/11/14) Guardian Newspaper. Collin Cottell from the Recruiter magazine interviewed Andy Larholt - CEO, and Dush Alagaratnam - Finance Director, on how they have lead Montash to continued success year-on-year and built a successful company. The Recruiter Hot 100 list is comprised of the UK’s leading Recruitment businesses, companies with highest figures of Gross profit per employee qualify for entry. The HOT 100 is published by the Recruiter magazine, based on research and analysis by Agile Intelligence.
Montash shot into the TOP 3 for having the highest gross profit per employee of more than £154K per person.
