Mortar has launched it's latest fund on the Real Crowd online marketplace. Real Crowd's platform provides new investors access to Mortar's unique Real Estate opportunities and high investment returns.
NEW YORK, July 23, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Mortar Capital Management, LLC, a New York-based real estate development firm has launched its Mortar Growth Fund II on Real Crowd (http://www.realcrowd.com), a crowdfunding platform for the real estate industry. Mortar is raising equity investments beginning at $50,000, and is accepting commitments from accredited investors, including entrepreneurs and individuals looking to diversify their retirement portfolios with Self-Directed IRA or 401K investments.
Previously, Mortar had directed its offerings to past investors and their extended networks. Promoting the Mortar Growth Fund II through Real Crowd allows a more widespread group of investors the opportunity to invest in New York City development.
Mortar anticipates the fund will acquire 3 to 4 assets over the next 12 to 18 months and estimates annual project returns for the Mortar Growth Fund II to exceed 16% over the hold period.
