West Chester, PA (PRWEB) July 31, 2014 -- Warmer weather is finally here and Philadelphia tri-state area residents are no doubt spending more time outdoors at Delaware and New Jersey beaches and Pennsylvania lakes and rivers. Delaware county ranks second for the most samples tested, and ranks first with 29 positive West Nile Virus incidences in the entire state. Also on that list, Chester and Philadelphia counties ranking in the top six counties in the state with positive West Nile Virus incidences.
