Legacy Healing Strategist Lisane Basquiat will host "Your Past Is Your Present with Lisane Basquiat: Relationship Edition" on Sun., Oct. 11 at 4 p.m. PT. She has found that most people think their ongoing relationship conflicts are about communication. They are not. What keeps showing up is not the argument. It is the pattern underneath it - the silence that gets mistaken for rejection, the same exhausting cycle with a different person and the same familiar ending.

The session is designed to help those stuck in that cycle recognize it before it repeats again.

The session offers a structured way of mapping those patterns - where they come from and how to recognize them as they are happening in romantic, family, friendship, and professional relationships alike. Attendees will leave with greater awareness of their recurring cycles and the emotional triggers and protective behaviors underneath them.

"I designed this session because we are happier when we are equipped to build healthier relationships, and taking accountability for how we show up is part of that work," said Basquiat, a Board Certified Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
