Motili joins forces with one of the country’s largest communities of home builders and building product manufacturers to deliver state-of-the-art HVAC solutions

Motili, a leading real estate technology solutions company, today announced that it is working with HomeSphere, a digital marketplace connecting residential homebuilders and building product manufacturers. Through this venture, Motili enters a new market, where its on-demand HVAC equipment and independent labor providers will be made available to HomeSphere’s network of multi-family builders and developers.

HomeSphere’s residential new construction marketplace provides building product manufacturers with an easy way to connect with over 2,600 home builders. In its association with HomeSphere, Motili will open up factory direct HVAC equipment purchasing to multi-family builders and developers, creating savings, expediting the ordering and delivery process and offering energy-efficient Goodman brand HVAC systems to a new market.
