Moz Wins the International Coach Federation WA State 2016 PRISM Award
Seattle, Washington (PRWEB) June 19, 2016 -- The 3rd Annual ICF WA State PRISM Award is a celebration to honor organizations whose coaching programs achieve a standard of excellence for culture change, leadership development, productivity and performance improvement measured by ROE and ROI.
Two Washington State companies, Moz and Puget Sound Energy, met the rigorous International Coaching Federation standards for organizational coaching programs. The nominees were evaluated according to four criteria: 1) fulfilling strict professional standards, 2) aligning with key strategic organizational goals, 3) yielding measurable results, and 4) sustaining coaching programs within the organization over time.
Rebecca Clements, Vice President of Human Resources at Moz, accepted the 2016 PRISM Organization Award and as nominating coach, Karen Steckler, CPCC, PCC and founding partner of Halo Partners, accepted the 2016 PRISM Coach Award. Halo Partner Coaches: Meara Clark, Atika Scott De Martinville and Denise Rubin, ACC, were also present.
Moz is a technology company based in Seattle that builds marketing analytics and social metrics software. The company was founded in 2004 and employs approximately 200 people. The founders of Moz believe in coaching as a modality for driving change; specifically helping their people deepen self-awareness, enable and anchor learning, foster trust, and step into the best versions of themselves.
Moz offers a coaching benefit for all its employees, delivered by coaches from Halo Partners, LLC. The program has been ongoing for over three years. The program is both transformational and transactional. Its aim is to enable each employee to understand how they fit into this values-led organization, take responsibility for the behaviors that support collaboration, and enhance the impact they have on the organizational mission.
ICF Global adopted the PRISM Award in 2005 to recognize organizations that demonstrate how professional coaching benefits both people and results. This year saw the 3rd annual award from the ICF WA State Chapter, which will continue presenting the PRISM Award annually to organizations in Washington.
