NEW YORK, Oct. 29, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Bronx-born, New Jersey raised, R&B/Pop artist, MRose, is proud to announce that she will be releasing her new single "Fix You" on October 26th. The new song is a passionate exploration of the pain one feels when they are unable to fix the issues of the person they are in a relationship. The song brings together hip-hop and EDM beats that take you in and don't let you go until the song is over. MRose worked alongside her production team, B3B3 (Bay-Bay) and GeneDaOx in order to produce the phenomenal new track. The trio has also produced a hit single for New York R&B/Hip Hop duo Majix, which is currently buzzing on Hot 97's "Who's Next" platform.
The release of the single comes with the launch of a social media campaign that will focus on short vignettes, where people are able to be open and describe their own relationship experiences the same way MRose has in "Fix You." The clips will be featured on MRose's Youtube channel as well as her Instagram account. Following the social media campaign, a lyric video for the song will be released. The lyric video will be followed by a much anticipated music video that will be dropped in the early months of 2019. And it will all culminate to the release of a debut album set for release in Summer of 2019.
MRose has had an incredible journey that started with a strong and faithful social media following. She became famous first through Vine, with over 250,000 followers on the platform. Soon after, she began doing covers on Youtube and Instagram that were celebrated and applauded. From there, she started collaborating with other artists, becoming a featured singer on multiple tracks. Her solo career took off with her first single, "Wifebeater," a song released in 2014. The single immediately caught the attention of the industry when it hit the iTunes R&B chart, peaking at 34 on its first day and staying on the chart for 3 weeks. MRose is also featured on a new song with recording artist NBDY, that is currently grabbing the attention of critics.
As her career has taken off, MRose has had the opportunity to perform on some of the biggest stages in New York, including The Highline Ballroom and SOB's, with a notable appearance opening for Justin Skye. MRose reached new levels of visibility with her appearance as a regular in the first season of VH1's reality series "Signed." Over the course of the season, MRose competed for a major label record deal with other talented individuals. The show starred recording artists The Dream, Rick Ross and record label executive Lenny S. The show became an awesome springboard, sending MRose into the next phase of her career.
"Cause a rose is still a rose, Baby Girl you're still a flower," a memorable lyric, written by Lauryn Hill and sung by Aretha Franklin, best describes the hopeful energy that lives in MRose. Born Mariah Rose Martinez in the Bronx, she has always had an angelic voice through it all. In 2010, she was diagnosed with cancer that nearly cut her life short, but through treatment, love and music, MRose has survived and triumphed. Through The Garden of Dreams, an organization that helps fulfill the dreams of children with cancer, she was able to perform at Radio City Music Hall, and she is now an 8 year cancer survivor.
After battling through her own hardships and difficult life experiences, MRose wants more than anything to give back to the community that helped her in overcoming cancer. She plans on starting a foundation, working with numerous children's hospitals and charity organizations in order to service children with cancer. It is her goal that through this work, she can inspire and help children with cancer in overcoming the obstacles they have ahead of them. She wants to give them the hope to believe that anything is possible.
