At 220,000 square feet, the Chicago Showroom and Distribution Center is the single largest stand-alone building for flooring, wall tile, countertop, and hardscape surfaces in the Midwest. Carefully redesigned with the customer experience in mind, it boasts a spacious layout, comfortable seating and meeting areas, and a pleasing aesthetic—all complemented by a welcoming and knowledgeable staff.
Walking through the expansive facility customers will be inspired by dozens of floor-to-ceiling displays featuring MSI's full line of porcelain and ceramic tile, wood-look planks, natural stone pavers, and hundreds of decorative mosaics and wall tiles. They'll also see many of MSI's newest introductions in a wealth of on-trend styles such patterned and geometric tiles, new Q Premium Natural Quartz colors, and Everlife Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT). Exploring the 20,000 square foot natural stone slab area which includes the largest product selection in the Midwest —complete with an upgraded tiled floor and bright lighting— is a premium customer experience that carries through to the carefully planned indoor hardscape showroom.
