MTM Impact Learning and Development Conference Announced its Keynote Speakers

MONTREAL, Feb. 19, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Explorance, the leading Learning Journey Analytics (LJA) solution provider, announced the keynote speakers for its latest Learning and Development (L&D) Symposium, MTM Impact, which will be held in Tucson, AZ, from March 27 to 29. The current "Building Your Impact Story" theme aims to help L&D professionals effectively communicate results and impact to senior leaders in their business.

The MTM Impact Symposium is a conference for professionals in the learning measurement field. It provides an opportunity to connect and share experiences with organizations who gather, analyze and report learning evaluation data. "Learning measurement based on concrete data assists organizations to determine value and ROI for their L&D programs," says Samer Saab, CEO of Explorance. Panel discussions and hands-on workshops are organized to help L&D professionals build a measurement culture, manage data analysis, learn more on industry standards and discuss emerging trends.

Mastercard, Aon, BP, Cisco, and TELUS will be just some of the MTM clients that will demonstrate how they combined their storytelling techniques with the data from the Metrics That Matter solution to drive recognition in their organizations for the contribution of the L&D function. Past editions of the conference attracted many organizations that were not members of the MTM Community, but wanted to learn and share the best practices from the leading organizations in the industry.

This year, three keynote speakers were selected. Doug Stevenson, CEO of Story Theater International and master storyteller, having advised countless business professionals in how to engage, influence and sell by telling the story in the right angle. Patti Phillips, Ph.D., president and CEO of the ROI Institute, will share her experience on helping organizations implement the ROI Methodology in 60 countries; and Dave Vance, Ph.D., executive director of the Center for Talent Reporting, will focus on learning strategies that help organizations reach their goals. Overall, these distinctive industry speakers will provide unique storytelling insight to L&D professionals.

Explorance's staff will be onsite to offer tailored advice and address questions. Participants will be able to book a one-on-one meeting with Explorance CEO, Samer Saab, and other key team members to discuss their ideas for future MTM functionalities. Pre-conference workshops on methodology and core MTM functions will also be given on March 27 between 8 am and 12 pm (MDT). The symposium takes place at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa and will be crowned by a social evening at the Pima Air and Space Museum.
