The Renowned International Award-winning Journalist Jackeline Cacho Reveals How She Overcame Anxiety and Panic Attacks for Many Years and released her first book “Mi Mochila Emocional” She shares her important story of overcoming adversity.

The creator of the Edutainment Movement in Spanish programming in United States, Jackeline Cacho in her new autobiography “Mi Mochila Emocional” (My Emotional Backpack), lays bare her personal saga. For years she dealt with debilitating anxiety and panic attacks. She hid her condition from the public during her rise to prominence as a most respected national journalist and successful talk show host.

In her own words, Cacho details how she suffered in silence with this condition and how, armed with courage, determination, and surprising allies, was able to overcome it and transform her life at every stage of her career development. So far this year Jackeline Cacho’s book “Mi Mochila Emocional” (My Emotional Backpack) has stood out as one of the most read and searched for by readers. It has been selected in the March edition of the prestigious magazine “People en Español”, in the Good Reading Section, where there are only three books in total. The prestigious Colombian writer and Nobel Prize Winner Gabriel García Márquez and the Spanish writer Javier Cercas accompany the Peruvian journalist’s book.
