MusiCares Event was its Biggest Grammy Weekend Event Yet, says KLS Worldwide Chauffeured Services
The high-end ground transportation service says that it provided seamless services for a record number of music industry guests this year, in addition to once again providing lavish guest cards for all Grammy guests.
LOS ANGELES, Feb. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The 2019 MusiCares Person of the Year event was its biggest Grammy weekend evening yet, says KLS Worldwide Chauffeured Services. The February 9 presentation, which this year honored beloved country music icon Dolly Parton, was much more than a nine-to-five event for the high-end ground transportation service. The firm says that it handled a record number of MusiCares passengers and once again provided lavish gift cards for limousine services to the gift bags provided on Sunday night to all Grammy Awards attendees.
"We've been working the MusiCares event just about every year since we entered the field, and this was definitely our biggest night yet," said KLS founder Alex Darbahani. "While we have to give Dolly Parton some of the credit for attracting so many music industry players, we also think that our reputation for providing seamless, first class service for large scale events like this one has made us a standby for people throughout the entertainment field," he added.
Mr. Darbahani noted that MusiCares has been an extremely high profile event since it began in the 1990s. The fundraiser on behalf of aid to musicians and others in need, has honored 28 of the most important figures in the pantheon of popular music. Prior Person of the Year awardees include the late Aretha Franklin and Tom Petty, as well as Bob Dylan. Sir Paul McCartney, Carole King, Barbara Streisand, Bruce Springsteen, Brian Wilson, and Stevie Wonder. Attendees to this year's event included Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, and Pink.
"Working a big entertainment event is exciting, of course, but we're here to provide superstar-level services to customers in every field. While businesses and individuals are often attracted by the ultra-luxurious world-class vehicles in our fleet, it's really the abilities of our people that keep them coming back and recommending our services to friends and colleagues," said Mr. Darbahani. "A professional chauffeur is a lot more than just a driver. We do everything in our power to make getting from place to place a seamless pleasure and, beyond that, we like to think of our chauffeurs as something like mobile concierges. When passengers need some additional assistance, we're here to help," said Mr. Darbahani.
