My Employment Options opens their Online Job Fairs to both their clients and the entire USA general public as a way to give back to communities and to fulfill the need of connecting job seekers easily to reputable Work At Home and On-Site companies.

“Our public Virtual Job Fairs are popular because we have been hosting them for over 5 years, have top quality recruiters who appreciate not having to leave their office to find diverse candidates, and our chat rooms are easy for job seekers to use," stated Paula Vieillet, CEO and Founder of My Employment Options.

Once a job seeker is registered, they have the option to upload their resume for recruiter access and can also enter and exit as many chat rooms as they want. Once inside a chat room, job seekers can read the recruiter’s answers to questions about positions and the company, ask questions of their own, and receive real-time feedback online.

“This is an incredible opportunity for job seekers to get direct access to hiring managers,” said Paula Vieillet, who will be receiving this year’s Invisible Disabilities Association’s Corporate Award to be given at their annual ‘Invisible No More’ Gala in October.
