MY SALON Suite is a recession — and pandemic — resistant model, and we’re excited to share the reasons why with aspiring business owners.

MY SALON Suite, a turnkey salon suite studios franchise that allows salon professionals to provide health and beauty services to their own respective clients, is on track for record growth this year. The brand expects to have more than 200 locations in operation by the end of 2020 — meeting (or exceeding) the company’s goal of averaging one new franchise awarded per week for the year.

MY SALON Suite has experienced rapid growth in recent years. Here is a recap of the brand’s franchise development success and plans for further success:

  • By the end of 2016, MY SALON Suite had 56 open stores. That number grew to 64 the following year and to 95 by the end of 2018. By the end of 2019, MY SALON Suite had 129 stores in operation.
  • As of August 14, 2020, MY SALON Suite reported 168 active locations.
  • By December 31, 2020, MY SALON Suite expects to have 200 active locations.
  • In 2021, MY SALON Suite aims to open 60 additional units.

MY SALON Suite will increase its focus on franchise development for the rest of 2020 — and beyond —    by boosting brand recognition and reaching/influencing qualified candidates through content, public relations, and digital marketing.

“As more salon professionals, clients and entrepreneurs become aware of the one-on-one personal service MY SALON Suite provides, everyone will reap the benefits,” explains MY SALON Suite CEO and President Ken McAllister. “By focusing on franchise development, we will be able to help salon professionals and entrepreneurs reach more customers. We are excited to watch the brand grow in more communities across the country.”

MY SALON Suite is currently executing a strategic content marketing strategy to fuel its organic franchise development efforts. These lead generation strategies, all powered by data analytics, include SEO-optimized blogs and articles, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns. All of these programs are custom-built to reach, influence, and convert more qualified leads.

“MY SALON Suite is a recession — and pandemic — resistant model, and we’re excited to share the reasons why with aspiring business owners,” said McAllister. “There are so many talented folks from coast to coast pondering their futures and considering entrepreneurship right now. So, it’s time for us to show them how we’ve adapted and innovated to help our franchisees during this tough time and what we’ll do moving forward to help all MY SALON Suite franchise partners thrive.”

MY SALON Suite began in 2010, and the franchise expanded across North America. The company aims to offer salon suites in more than 500 locations over the next five years.
