In advance of its launch on Nov. 1, 2018, MyJane today announced the appointment of recognized women’s leadership advocate and community influencer Michelle Patterson to the newly created role of chief experience officer.

Patterson is the former CEO of media and production company Women Network LLC and served as the exclusive event producer of the California Women’s Conference. The author of “Women Change the World,” Patterson is a sought-after media commentator for Bloomberg, CNBC, Fox Business News, ESPN, HuffPost and hundreds of other TV and radio stations. In 2016, Los Angeles Business Journal recognized Patterson as its Corporate Advocate of the Year in 2016 and Pepperdine University presented her with its Women’s Elevation Award; World Boxing Council named her its “Woman of the Year” in 2017. She also was knighted Dame Michelle Patterson for her humanitarian work by the Knights of the Orthodox Order of St. John Russian Grand Priory, a 1,000-year-old organization known for its work founding hospitals.
As CXO, Patterson will be responsible for engaging MyJane’s cannabis brand partners in developing products and experiences ideal for MyJane’s target audience of Generation X and baby boomer women and developing the industry’s first product-testing program exclusively for this overlooked demographic. In addition, Patterson will draw upon her experience activating more than 2 million consumers connected to the California Women’s Conference to scale MyJane’s wellness community for women.
