Myrtle Beach Community Grande Dunes Continues Thriving Growth with New Product Offerings

New products by area builders showcased through six new model homes open for tours.

Grande Dunes, a 2,200-acre, master-planned community in Myrtle Beach, SC, has announced a series of new model homes to be opened to the public. These homes will be available in different neighborhoods located within the community, each one offering a variety of home designs for homebuyers. Award-winning regional custom homebuilders located in the Grand Strand are the partnered builders, each with a proven track record of building new homes within Grande Dunes.

In Waterside Edge, an active adult neighborhood intended for residents 55+, three model homes are planned. The first by AR Homes by Arthur Rutenberg is currently open for tours. The next model home is now being built by Nations Homes II and is scheduled for completion on December 15th. The third is by the Carrell Group and is scheduled to be completed in January 2021.

Waterside Edge is the second community in Grande Dunes’ “Waterside” series of neighborhoods located within Marina Village, offering residents a unique lifestyle option of having access to both Del Webb amenities and Grande Dunes, which includes beach access, golf, tennis, and more. Built along the Intracoastal Waterway, there is a large number of water view homesites still for sale.

Waterside Pointe, the first of these communities, is also scheduled to have a new model home by the Carrell Group, estimated to be completed in January 2021. When unveiled to the public, Waterside Pointe was greeted with an overwhelming reception from Myrtle Beach homebuyers and currently has only a few homesites remaining.
