LOS ANGELES, Jan. 30, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Nadrich Law is currently accepting clients who have suffered losses or evacuation costs due to the recent Eaton and Hurst wildfires in Southern California.
The Eaton, Hurst and Palisades fires have displaced families throughout Southern California, leaving victims injured and homeless. Most impacted fire victims are underinsured and many are only insured under the California FAIR plan. Victims are going to require significant financial support with regards to rebuilding their properties, making sure health concerns are addressed, and supporting any family members who experienced the loss of loved ones due to the fires. Nadrich Law is helping wildfire victims, including homeowners, renters and businesses, recover compensation for losses not covered by their insurance.
Jeffrey Nadrich, the founding attorney of Nadrich Law, is a long-time resident of Pacific Palisades and was personally impacted by the Palisades Fire.
"These fires occurred and spread as far as they did due to the negligence of others, and I stand ready to help those who suffered losses due to this negligence," Nadrich said.
Nadrich Law has already filed one of the first lawsuits seeking compensation for Eaton Fire victims, case number 25STCV01679, filed in Superior Court of the State of California, County of Los Angeles on January 17, 2025.
