FALLS CHURCH, Va., Feb. 23, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) announced the availability of a new virtual program from its Business Performance Center called RISE. The RISE program was developed to aid firm and agency managers with tools and techniques to build high-performing cultures that both attract and retain top financial advisor talent.
The RISE program will run over seven weeks with a series of two-hour live virtual meetings. The interactive real-time program utilizes a workshop approach to allow the course participant to finish the course with a completed action plan that is ready for implementation. The class participants will graduate from the program and stay together as a cohort study group through the use of NAIFA's online community tools.
The NAIFA RISE program was developed through the leadership of key volunteers who run successful agencies and understand the unique challenges managers face today in recruiting and retaining advisors. Brian Wilson, a current NAIFA Trustee, is one of the co-chairs of the RISE program that designed the course noted that a key component to the course is the accountability that the group provides. "It's easy to want to take your firm to the next level, but it's hard to do so on your own when you have competing priorities. RISE gives you an accountable space to surround yourself with fellow professionals to unleash ideas to allow you to better recruit, develop, and retain talent."
Stephen Good, LUTCF, Co-Chair of the RISE program and former NAIFA Trustee, stated, "The great part about this program is the actual roadmap it gives you. From how to create the culture, to finding the recruit that fits your team, this program will help your firm RISE to new heights with simple to execute proven ideas. This course will help you deepen your knowledge and create the foundation needed to build something great."
The first class will occur on a series of Friday afternoons and is scheduled to kick off on Friday, March 25, 2022. To learn more and enroll, please visit the RISE registration page in NAIFA's Learning Center.
