NAPCO, Ltd. (North American Polymer Company), who provides products, supplies, and training to professional bathroom and kitchen refinishers, is pleased to announce that product ratings and reviews are now available on their industry-leading ecommerce site. This new feature, which launched last week, allows customers the ability to rate and review NAPCO refinishing products directly on the company website in addition to reviewing NAPCO on Google.

NAPCO went live with the refinishing industry’s first e-commerce website in 2002 and has grown their refinishing product line and network of professional refinishers exponentially. Until last week, NAPCO’s ecommerce website functioned without a public review tool for their refinishing products. Now, the new ratings and review system makes it easier for NAPCO customers to deliver their valued feedback and share their experiences, so the company can continue to innovate upon their refinishing products while accommodating for their growing customer base.

“We have always relied on input from our community of professional refinishers to assure we continue delivering the best possible refinishing products for their refinishing needs,” said Steve Coven, CEO of NAPCO. “The addition of ratings and reviews on our website is the latest step in our commitment to make NAPCO products and services just right for our customers’ refinishing business.”

NAPCO trains over 120 professional refinishers in-house each year and works closely with their network of professional refinishers on product innovation. NAPCO customers played a central role shaping some of the company’s most recent product developments, including NAPCO’s Kitchen Renew Essentials line which features more environmentally friendly, waterborne coatings.

Using the 5-star rating system, NAPCO customers are encouraged to rate their experience with NAPCO products as well as leave a review with their rating. NAPCO customers can leave a product rating and review by logging into their account on the NAPCO website, selecting a product to review, and clicking either “be the first to review this product” or “add your review.”
