Ms. Proctor is Owner of Cool Blew, Inc., a leading air conditioning, heating and plumbing company in the Greater Phoenix area. Family-owned-and-operated, the company was founded in 2002 and offers a wide range of services to its residential and commercial customers.
In her role, Ms. Proctor oversees the day-to-day operations of Cool Blew, and is involved in every aspect of the business, including human resources, customer service, finance, sales and marketing. All technicians who work at Cool Blew are highly skilled and industry certified, ensuring all customers receive expert service. Ms. Proctor uses the skills she has honed in communications and negotiations as well as her expansive industry knowledge to establish important relationships with customers, staff and technicians.
