The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Betty Friedman as a 2017-2018 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 850,000 members, a thriving eChapter and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

Self-motivated and results driven to succeed, Betty Friedman is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.

For more than 20 years, Ms. Friedman has been a highly successful sales and business development professional. Since 2011, she has been Account Development Manager at Management Concepts, a company that has been a leader in the professional training and coaching industry for over four decades.

In her strategic role, Ms. Friedman uses the skills she has honed in sales and business development, management, marketing, managing high-profile customer relationships, communications, presentations and cross-functional teamwork building. Working with both federal and commercial organizations and businesses, she expertly provides leadership training, coaching and mentoring services, and implements software applications and knowledge management programs for individuals, teams and organizations.

Ms. Freidman earned a B.S. in Education from the State University of New York at Fredonia. She is involved with Women in Technology and was the Co-Chair of the Mentoring Pledge Program. Her future plans include becoming a Professional Leadership Skills Enhancement Coach.
