Ms. Martin received two Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Languages from Stephen F. Austin State University. She teaches accredited banking classes at a number of venues including the SFA Advisory Board for the School of Liberal Arts & Applied Sciences; Texas Women in Public Finance; the Texas Association of Counties; The County Treasurers Association of Texas; the Government Finance Officers of Texas; the Government Treasurers of Texas and the Texas Municipal League.
