National Association of Professional Women Inducts Lisa Bricker, Chief Talent Officer at Celebree Learning Centers, Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle

Lisa Bricker selected for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession

I’m pleased to recognize Lisa with this important honor. Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Lisa Bricker as a 2016-2017 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in social services / childcare. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

“I’m pleased to recognize Lisa with this important honor,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.”

Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to succeed, Lisa Bricker is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.

As Chief Talent Officer (CTO), Ms. Bricker leads oversight of all talent development as well as creating a talent strategy that is consistent across the company.

“I am responsible for creating a company talent strategy that aligns with current and future business objectives to ensure appropriate succession planning,” she said. “The goal of the CTO is to lead the talent initiatives of the company, including goal setting, talent selection, succession planning, performance management, talent assessment, training and development.”

Ms. Bricker is also a Co-Founder of Celebree’s Leadership Academy project. “The Academy is a yearlong development class that meets once per month with ongoing development within the center,” she said. “I created the outline and procedures that are the foundations of the Academy and work closely with operations to align learning objectives with company performance expectations.”

A member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Ms. Bricker holds a certification from the HR Certification Institute. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University. When not working, she spends time with her three children and looks to further her education.
