Prior to her consultant position at Turner & Townsend, Ms. Kirk held related positions in the energy sector, including Cost Engineer and Project Controls Supervisor for ASRC Energy Services, Cost Engineer for Intertek and Lead Cost Specialist at Fluor.
Presently, Ms. Kirk is responsible for developing and ensuring the utilization of cost control strategies, processes and procedures in order to guarantee that Turner and Townsend’s projects are delivered consistently within the approved budget.
