NAPW Mesa, AZ Chapter Learned How Identity-Based Coaching Can Help Them Find Career Success in June
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) July 17, 2013 -- Members and guests of the NAPW Mesa, AZ Local Chapter gathered on June 28th for a professional networking meeting at the downtown branch of the City of Mesa Public Library.
Chapter member and Certified Identity-Based Coach Ruth Ann Handler was the evening’s guest speaker. She shared techniques of Identity-Based Coaching with the group of professional women.
Mesa Local Chapter President Patti Oskvarek also announced the success of the Chapter’s vendor showcase series, which gives members the opportunity to highlight their businesses at upcoming Chapter meetings.
President Patti Oskvarek opened the meeting with a warm welcome to members and guests.
The first item of business was to give attendees an update on the wonderful response from members who have signed on to present an in-depth look at their businesses and careers at Chapter meetings by participating in vendor showcases.
To date, member presentations are booked through February 2014.
“How exciting it is to see our members take advantage of the opportunities presented through NAPW,” expressed Mesa Chapter President Patti Oskvarek.
Ms. Oskvarek encouraged everyone to post remarks and events on the social media sites of both NAPW and the Mesa Local Chapter Facebook and Twitter Pages.
She reminded the group of professional women that this is another opportunity to showcase events, products and services of their businesses.
Each member then had the opportunity to introduce herself and spoke briefly about her business. A questionnaire was distributed to the members to help define subject matters of interest to them, their preferred program length and how the Mesa Local Chapter might support them with their businesses.
The Chapter President next introduced member Ruth Ann Handler, who presented and demonstrated the techniques of Identity-Based Coaching.
Ms. Handler is a Certified Identity-Based Coach, sharing the Quantum Emergence System®, which was created and developed by Dr. Matt Mannino, D.C. She has studied under Dr. Mannino since 2006 and applies the principles of this framework in live events and in her one-on-one coaching calls.
She said she was delighted to report 100% success on every coaching call, helping people reveal their own truths in transforming their lives and businesses.
“Ms. Handler began by reviewing last month’s results on the members’ vision boards, discussing how childhood dreams have played out in their lives,” said the Chapter President.
The presenter asked everyone to share their childhood dreams of what they wanted to be when they grew up, and then compared what they are currently doing today.
Members began to recognize the long-standing impact those childhood dreams have had on each of their lives.
Ms. Handler explained the principle of identity-based coaching that we have only one belief system. Most people believe they have belief systems about money, family, finances, relationships, etc. It was quite different to contemplate that we have only one belief system, and that is our perception about who we are.
Every emotion has a memory attached to it, she told the audience. We develop mechanisms, or coping behaviors to try to make our lives work. The missing component is to access the meaning that is connected to why an event is so important to us personally.
This is the key to the Quantum Emergence System. An event has no meaning except the meaning we give it, and the meaning we give it is in direct relation to how we see ourselves.
Ms. Handler wanted attendees to remember one thing in particular: high-intensity emotional issues (good and bad) are saying something about what is deep within oneself and no one else.
One's feelings are rooted in their perception of themselves and what the situation means about who they are - their identity - their Virtue. The Quantum Emergence System reveals this truth about the "Real You - your Virtue."
The important question to ask oneself according to Ms. Handler is, “Do I have freedom or have I constructed a Mind Prison?”
Accessing one's true nature - awareness of their “home frequency,” and how it has impacted their life, can automatically dissolve interferences and allow one to more fully express and experience who they are.
It is nearly impossible to access one’s own subconscious perceptions. For this reason, Ms. Handler offers a complimentary one-on-one coaching session by phone to share how this works. The coaching session also leaves you with a core energy technique to use and share with others.
