NAPW Inducts Stephanie Dantzler, Cybersecurity Branch Chief of Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service, Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle

She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. As a resourceful and highly self-motivated professional, Stephanie Dantzler has been able to expand the parameters of her 20+ year career serving the Department of Defense (DoD). With Master’s degrees from Arizona State University and Capitol College, she has used her education and work ethic for both personal and professional achievement.
Ms. Dantzler currently serves as the Chief of Cybersecurity Compliance at the Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service. Prior to assuming her current role, she provided oversight and vision for international cyber engagement efforts for US European Command (USEUCOM). She served as the primary interface with NATO, foreign governments and militaries to facilitate cyber engagement to build and strengthen cyber defense capabilities with partner nations. In addition, Ms. Dantzler has supported US Central Command and U.S. Southern Command with her expertise in cybersecurity in the areas of strategy, policy, operations, plans, exercises and training. Prior to working with the military, she was a Department of Defense Dependent Schools High School Teacher in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and Panama City, Panama.
Ms. Dantzler is actively involved in Toastmasters International, Vice President of Education at her local club. She is involved in charities supporting the American Diabetes Association, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and local animal shelters. Ms. Dantzler continues to set high standards for herself to succeed and motivates herself by making positive choices.
