New book presents a comprehensive framework to help you succeed in business and in your professional life.
BATHURST, New Brunswick, April 25, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- When Nathalie White started her first leadership role, she did not have a roadmap to guide her and she felt alone. She struggled through it, researched, and learned. Now, after 32 years in the Canadian Public Service, she felt the need to share her leadership journey. Hence, she decided to write "Workplace Actions Matter" (published by Trafford Publishing).
In this book, the author draws on her learnings and experiences to share a comprehensive framework that is guaranteed to show success in business and in one's professional life. Chapter by chapter, she guides readers through leadership practices that formulates a trilogy of clients, employees, and the organization. The image of an atom is used to illustrate the relationship between the three and how a small gesture can potentially have a big impact on one's results.
White states, "Every action that you take at work influences either positively or negatively the quality of the interactions that you have either with clients, your colleagues, or your supervisor. This in turn will influence the trust they have in you, which will affect your bottom line. Start where you are now and build."
"Workplace Actions Matter" represents the exploration of trust between clients, organization and employees. It proposes a systematic approach to build organizational effectiveness. It will appeal to organizations for client and employee retention. It will also provide a comprehensive "how-to" framework for anyone at any level to dig deeper in their leadership practices.

About the Author
Nathalie White is a fourth generation of public servant. She literally "grew-up" in the public service. It represents most of her professional life. It is where she found herself through work. White fundamentally believes in creating a healthy work environment and as she does this, employees will provide better value to their clients. Employees that are satisfied at work will also bring some of that in their homes, which in turn will influence positively the communities. Over the years, White discovered the power of leadership practices. As she learned, she documented her findings through frameworks and practices that she shared with her employees and colleagues. This book is a heartfelt thank you to the Canadian government, the clients and all of her colleagues throughout the years. "I am forever changed because of this experience and my heart is full of gratitude as I approach the beginning of my next adventure," the author states.
