Leading the New York City expansion is Vice President and Division Manager Andrew Pearl. Andrew joined Swinerton in 2007 as a Project Engineer and worked his way up to Senior Project Manager in San Diego, where he developed trusted relationships with both national corporate and local clients. He then brought his experience to Swinerton's San Francisco office in 2016 as a Division Manager of the company's dynamic Special Projects division, which covers interiors, tenant improvements, adaptive reuse, and seismic retrofits.
