The Ninja Product, enabling students to hone and master their skills as agents and to be better prepared to help their customers.

It is with this understanding that Charlie built the Ninja Sales Training Program. Charlie has over 32 years of experience within the insurance industry having built companies such as Downey Insurance Group, as well as National Insurance Group. Through his years of experience, Charlie has grown an understanding of what works in the insurance world and what doesn't.
With the introduction of the Ninja Sales Training Program, Charlie is looking to share his experience and knowledge to help others in the industry grow their independent insurance agencies.
Prior to the recent unveiling, the program was limited to members of National Insurance Group. Many of these members benefited from the tools and resources shared during the program. Charlie created the Ninja Sales Training Program to help the greater independent insurance agent industry to achieve success and create long-term opportunities for their independence.
The program is offered with 3 tiers, silver, gold, and platinum, depending on what one's agency requires. All tiers offer an online only course, available to be taken at one's own pace. The Gold and Platinum tiers take user's training to a new level with Live Zoom training and an in-person training for one's independent agency (Platinum level only).
