CHICAGO, Feb. 5, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- National Landlord Association, a group representing self-managing landlords across the U.S., announces the release of its first quarterly report covering the 4th quarter of 2018. The report is the first of its kind to cover the largest collection of single-family rentals in the U.S. Single-family rentals are a favorite for self-managing landlords, and as such the collection of aggregated data is difficult to come by.
TenantCloud, Rentler, Avail, and TurboTenant have come together to share data in a united manner to assist their users and the general public about trends impacting the rental market. The united effort covers every state in the U.S and over 1.4 million rental units. The CEO of TenantCloud, Joe Edgar says, "The data here is a game changer for understanding the rental market of single-family rentals."
The report covers everything from rent prices in each state to the most used appliance. The CEO of Rentler, Jason Bangerter says, "This report will be a quarterly report put together by 4 of the fastest growing companies in single-family rentals, so it will continue to give data that is pertinent to the industry."
The report includes aggregated data on over 3.5 million individuals involved in the rental ecosystem of single-family rentals. The CEO of Avail, Ryan Coon says, "Single-family rentals makeup over 60% of the rental market in the U.S. and most of those are by self-managing landlords. This report is the direct pulse of the U.S. economy."
The report brings together data from across the U.S including rural, urban and suburban areas in over 12,000 zip codes. It also has general survey questions that touch on the pulse of the self-managing landlord. The CEO of Turbo Tenant, Sarnen Steinbarth says, "Next year around this time people will be wondering how they assessed this industry without this report."
