National Association of Neonatal Therapists (NANT) Announces Call for Abstracts
The theme for the NANT 10th Anniversary Conference is Celebrating Milestones.
CINCINNATI, July 1, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The National Association of Neonatal Therapists has just announced their Call for Abstracts in preparation for their 10th Anniversary Conference to be held April 2-4, 2020 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The "Celebrating Milestones" theme of the conference commemorates ten years of the NANT Conference and will focus on the developmental milestones of patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Topics may include, but are not limited to:
- Guiding parents through the milestones of their baby's developmental progression
- Defining, assessing, supporting, and researching the subtle but vital developmental benchmarks that occur throughout a NICU stay
The NICU is where all of this takes place, and NANT not only recognizes these milestones, but celebrates them every single day.
It is for this reason that the Call for Abstracts is so vital to making this event as successful as possible. So many questions need to be answered, so many rumors need to be dispelled, and so much knowledge needs to be shared.
"From research findings to evidence exploration to expert investigations and process improvement updates, bringing together the brilliance of the professional community has never been more critical to the evolution and advancement of neonatal therapy," said NANT 10 Co-Chair Sue Ludwig, OTR/L, CNT.
Any profession (or parent) with relevant content may submit. Submissions will be accepted for Main Conference Oral Presentations, Poster Presentations, and Pre-Conference Sessions. Deadline for Abstract submissions is Friday, August 16, 2019.
