National Association of Professional Women Announces Karleen I. Greenidge, Director at Integrated Caribbean Services, a 2015 Professional Woman of the Year

Ms. Greenidge is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in real estate. Karleen Greenidge is a 21-year veteran of the banking industry, whose final years were spent specializing in property and home real estate. During her career she held numerous impressive titles at many industry leaders, including Chase Manhattan Bank, Bank of Nova Scotia, National Commercial Bank, Ltd and Max St. Lucia, Ltd. After retiring from banking, Ms. Greenidge established her own banking consultancy, which led her to become the first President of the National Association of Realtors, St. Lucia Ltd.
Documentation and training have always been Ms. Greenidge’s strong suit. Through the use of these skills, she has devised many effective sales training sessions for aspiring agents. Ms. Greenidge had the honor of being elected to chair the first International Real Estate Institute’s Caribbean Basin conference held in St. Lucia and has established Integrated Caribbean Services Consultancy, which links operators throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.
Presently, Ms. Greenidge is affiliated with investor groups in the United States to further broaden and expand her network and sphere of diversity of services in acquisition and management of property on an international scale. Ms. Greenidge was the first RE/MAX franchise owner in St Lucia.
