Besides forming great relationships with clients, Ms. Decker uses her exceptional knowledge of equipment to order parts, manage staff and establish fair pricing. It is all of these skills that Ms. Decker incorporates into her profession that keeps her customers satisfied and coming back. Her greatest professional accomplishment has been the establishment of a research and development department in the shop for diesels and providing work for the employees of the West Virginia coal mines and the recovered NASCAR business. On a more personal level, Ms. Decker considers beating stage 3B breast cancer to be her greatest accomplishment.
