National Association of Professional Women Inducts Contact: Cynthia King, President of Black Dog Logistics, Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) December 15, 2015 -- The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Cynthia King as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in logistics transportation. Cynthia King – known as Cindie to her co-workers – touts an impressive resume of positions in the logistics field. After five years at Brown Transportation as Administrative Officer, she moved to a new position as Sales Representative at Mushroom Transportation, followed by a 24-year term in Sales at Pitt Ohio. She became President of Black Dog Logistics in 2010.
“Black Dog Logistics provides transportation of all types to a variety of customers,” Ms. King said. “We utilize flatbeds, vans and refrigerated trailers to move anything from frozen pizzas to machinery. We enjoy building lasting relationships with our customers, drivers and dispatchers to provide exceptional customer service.”
Ms. King’s extensive expertise includes logistics, transportation, strategic planning, negotiations, airfreight, warehousing, supply chain and inventory management. She also possesses a strong background in motivational leadership, and is a member of the Women’s Traffic and Transportation Club of Baltimore, MD. In addition to her work activities, Ms. King volunteers at the Animal Welfare League of Maryland and practices Reiki healing.
