Ms. Mansfield, a Certified Public Accountant, is an Audit Manager at Cohen & Company, an accounting and consulting firm specializing in audits and tax issues for private companies, the investment industry, real estate and private equity groups. She has been with the firm since 2016.
“My skills and areas of expertise include working with privately held companies and organizations, primarily in the technology and life sciences, venture capital and not- for-profit industries,” said Ms. Mansfield.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Ms. Mansfield began her accounting career at the Pittsburgh-based accounting firm Alpern Rosenthal; she remained there for six years and then worked at BDO USA, LLP (formerly Alpern Rosenthal). She is a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs. Passionate about community involvement, Ms. Mansfield serves on the Emerging Leaders Board of the Pittsburgh Venture Capital Association and the Board of Trustees of the Early Learning Institute (teli).
