The underwriting leadership team is comprised of Chris Fiorentino, Jason Baynard, and returning to the team is Lindia Nicholas-Krittenen.

In their roles, Fiorentino, Baynard, and Nicholas-Krittenen will be responsible for the management, development, and execution of underwriting strategies and objectives that will contribute to the achievement of profitable growth in support of the organization's objectives.
Fiorentino and Baynard are tenured employees with more than 20 years of combined NBIS experience who have been key leaders in the Underwriting department and organization. An underwriter since 1999 for various other MGA's/MGU's, Fiorentino joined NBIS in 2009. Baynard began his insurance career in 2003 as an underwriter trainee with Chubb Insurance and joined NBIS in 2014. Nicholas-Krittenen has over 25 years of insurance experience, six of which were spent with the NBIS Underwriting team from 2008 – 2014.
