NCQA, a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health care quality, selects only three vendors for its beta testing program each year as a result of the vendor's performance and for meeting criteria set forth by the NCQA.

NCQA's eCQM Certification is precise, automated testing that verifies compliance with eCQM specifications and the ability to report eCQMs using the Quality Reporting Document Architecture (QRDA) Categories I and III.
eCQM Certification improves the precision and efficiency of supplemental data reporting, reduces the primary source review requirements, and ultimately decreases the need for reporting by the hybrid method and promotes further consistency of eCQM data.
In January, IMAT Solutions announced that its Clinical Reports module meets 26 eCQM measures certification. By earning this certification, IMAT Clinical Reports has undergone the industry's most rigorous assessment. Reporting is more accurate for these systems than systems not certified by NCQA.
