Nelson Partners Wins Coveted Innovator Award at the InterFace Student Housing Conference

The news comes on the heels of their announcement of a $100 million closing of Skyloft, also located in Austin, the company's largest acquisition to-date.

The award-winning video hosted over one million views, beating out other industry giants. Skyloft is a newly constructed, 674-bed luxury student housing property located adjacent to The University of Texas at Austin. Given the asset's proximity to the conference, the onsite team hustled to prepare the property, unveiling the brand new Nelson Partners signage the day prior to the event, to accommodate hundreds of visitors over the course of the three-day event.
