Upgrading Portal for Veterans Benefits and Services.

The Nevada Department of Veterans Services has hired Mainstream Technologies to upgrade its Veterans Benefits and Services website portal, making it more convenient and easier for veterans to update their contact and status information online, at any time, and at any place, so they may remain better informed on their earned benefits and services. The initial deployment phase of the contract will be followed by ongoing maintenance services of the upgraded portal.

“This upgrade will empower veterans to access and update their own information without having to wait for an appointment or a third party to update information,” said Director Kat Miller, Nevada Department of Veterans Services. “For Nevada veterans, this will save time and help avoid needless delays in connecting with earned benefits and services.”

Jeff Byers, Mainstream’s VP of Software Solutions commented, “We are excited about engaging with the Nevada Department of Veterans Services to improve the experience for their veterans. In addition, this project expands our national footprint by working with a government agency within a fourth state.”
