Author aims to open conversations about spirituality and philosophy within families
PLATTSBURGH, N.Y., Aug. 8, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- In "Understanding Spirituality," author Christine Rotella shares an educational and comprehensive guide for children and other beginners to take the first steps toward learning about spirituality and discovering their own.
Rotella aims to help people understand that spirituality and religion are not the same, but that all people have personal relationships with spirituality. She shares her belief that everyone creates their own lives based on the energy they generate, whether that is positive or negative.

Rotella decided to write the book after she had cancer twice, the last deemed "terminal," and found herself asking the same questions. She believes that many people wonder and worry about the same things, including children.
