WAKEFIELD, Mass., Nov. 18, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Dawn Ripley went through hell in a million ways, on a million different days, and still manages to find the motivation not only to continue on, but to emerge stronger and happier than she ever thought imaginable.
In "Building the Best Version of Myself" (published by Balboa Press), Ripley shares a collection of quotes, sayings, and inspirational messages to lift one's soul, raise the spirit, and thrive. It will remind readers that they are enough, they are more powerful than anyone gives them credit for and they will succeed.
"In a time when everyone struggles with the events of their life. The good, the bad and the worst of times, everyone needs a little nudge in the right direction. A boost in positivity, and uplifting messages to remind yourself of what and who you are… A warrior, a survivor and a person of unlimited self-worth," Ripley says.
When asked what she wants readers to take away from the book, Ripley answers, "I want people to know that it is possible to get through the even the toughest of times, just know that you are not alone and inspiration comes from the most unusual of places, you just need to be open to seeing and accepting these messages."

About the Author
Dawn Ripley is a now a disabled, former mental health counselor who specialized in at-risk youth and families. She was born and raised in a small town just north of Boston, Massachusetts, where she grew up with a very close-knit family and now resides with her mother, stepfather and less than five minutes away from her brother and his family. She graduated from Salem University where she received bachelor degrees in criminal justice and psychology and a master's degree in mental health counseling from Suffolk University. But, it was her continued struggle though the ups and downs in Ripley's personal life, and the candid, honest way she shared this with the world, that would really cement her place in people's hearts, helping them successfully manage and overcome their own challenges.
