Courier can tailor a menu to specific tastes and needs or can allow guests to make their own selection off of an extensive list of classic dishes reinvented. Options include the out-of-the- ordinary Duck Pot Pie, Stroganoff with Mushroom Ravioli or Gnocchi Mac and Cheese. Parties can also include a selection of original cocktails such as the Tabloid, an innovative concoction of pomegranate, iced tea and prosecco or Local Edition made with bourbon, absinthe and Peychaud's bitters, along with the favorites, many of which are regionally sourced. They can be complemented with a array of appetizers.
