New Handcrafted Cocktails for Spring-Summer now available at The County Line Bar-B-Q in northwest San Antonio
The County Line Bar-B-Q on IH-10 in San Antonio has pulled out all the stops in its new slate of handcrafted cocktails, with new glassware, bold combinations with fresh fruits, new high-end spirits, and a first-class mixer and cocktail syrup program.

Created by Garrett Stephens, Assistant GM/pitmaster/chef/mixologist at The County Line Bar-B-Q restaurant at 10101 IH-10 West (between the Wurzbach and Huebner Road exits, near the Colonnade), the Spring/Summer slate is " a reimagining of our approach to the craft cocktail; we are elevating every aspect of our cocktail menu, our ingredients, preparation and presentation"
All beers and some cocktails are discounted during IH-10's happy hour, which runs Mondays through Fridays from 3 to 7 p.m. Happy hour includes $1 off beer, house margaritas, our High End Well selection, and all appetizers.
- The Rosemary Paloma - Tequila Mi Campo Blanco, Fresh Grapefruit and Lemon Juices, Liber & Co. Red Grapefruit Cordial, Agave Nectar, Fresh Rosemary. Served in new 12-oz Margarita glass with small ramekin of Picosos peanuts. $10
- "Honey, I'm Home" - Treaty oak Antique Gin, Absinthe, House Honey-Lavender Syrup, Lemon Juice, Angostura Bitters. Serve in new stemmed coupe glassware. $10

The "Ancira Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 2019 Live Music Series at The County Line" that benefits the San Antonio Food Bank premiered its 19th year on Thursday nights, beginning March 7. This very popular live music series will run in a split series this year—first series from March 7 through May 30, and the second series from Sept 5 through October 21. As in past years, the concerts occur on the patio of The County Line Bar-B-Q restaurant at 10101 IH-10 West (near the Colonnade). Concerts begin at 7:30 and run until 9 p.m.
