KANSAS CITY, Jan. 7, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- In "Trust: Understanding My Why," Author Deb Richard shares her motivating life story of competing in the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) and earning six titles, to overcoming personal hurdles that redefined who she is as a leader and as an individual.
Throughout the book, readers will see Richard's finding of her strengths, purpose and values in life by sharing her relationships and the experiences she endured. Richard's story expresses that everything in life happens for a reason and to never give up on the values that identify who you are as an individual and as a leader.
"I wrote this book to provide a perspective on leading that is personal and, yet, applicable to every reader finding deeper meaning about their own journey," said Richard. "It was a negative experience with leadership that changed the trajectory of my life and brought new purpose. I felt blessed to have grown up with golf and to possess the wherewithal to be reflective about what it was teaching me about myself and the world."
Richard benefited greatly from the talents and insights of others who believed in her success. Through her interactions and experiences, she was able to learn to bring the best of herself to those who needed her inspiration and passion. Richard's memoir will leave readers with an inspirational message that will help individuals find and understand their why.
