The Brazoria County Employee Health and Wellness Clinic, provides Brazoria county employees and family members under the county insurance plan a range of urgent care and primary care services, including annual physical examinations, care for chronic health conditions such as diabetes, as well as acute illness or injuries, weight loss counseling, smoking cessation, biometric testing, health risk assessments and more.
Open Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for labs and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for clinic visits, the onsite employee wellness clinic is provided by Brazoria County at its Angleton location and open to all Brazoria County employees and their covered family members either by scheduling an appointment or walk-in.
The new onsite employee clinic operated under the Next Level Health and Wellness branch of Next Level Urgent Care is the 3rd location since owner Juliet Breeze, MD began expanding the successful business model of her urgent care clinics to employer funded onsite health and wellness clinics for their employees.
According to Breeze, the onsite employee health and wellness clinics are designed to provide county employees with greater accessibility to healthcare, preventative care and wellness programs, ensuring a healthier more productive workforce and reduced lost time from work and more expensive crisis care.
