New partnership to offer digital kidney disease education for clinicians, patients, and providers

BOSTON, Aug. 18, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Chronic kidney disease is a widespread, serious health condition that often goes unrecognized by patients and providers alike.
