Tracy Bender and Ryan DiLeo Bring Experience, Leadership to Novogradac
SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 8, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Novogradac is pleased to announce that Tracy Bender and Ryan DiLeo have joined the firm as principals in the Cleveland and Walnut Creek, California, offices, respectively. Bender will work with Novogradac partner Thomas Boman while DiLeo will work with partner Nat Eng.

Bender has spent all of her 21-year career with a regional CPA firm operating in northern Ohio, serving as a partner for the past six years. Her responsibilities included managing complex tax structures, international tax compliance, state and local taxation, mergers, and acquisitions transactional consulting, and tax planning to assist clients in achieving business objectives, as well as a review of corporate, pass-through, and individual tax returns.

DiLeo has nearly 15 years of experience in public accounting and most recently worked for a regional CPA firm in central Florida. Prior to that, he worked at Marcum, an accounting and advisory services firm, for many years. He has significant experience working with clients in the manufacturing and distribution, real estate, renewable energy, hospitality, and employee benefit plan industries. He has experience in transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, quality of earnings, and due diligence.
